This volume deals with empirical and theoretical aspects of the domain of possession in Ancient Egyptian. It comprises a series of case studies on phrasal and clausal possession in the individual phases of the language, from Old Egyptian through the Coptic dialects, from both synchronic and diachronic perspectives.
